Under the direction of Henrique Granjo, the restaurant showcases local and seasonal produce, serving signature dishes such as Posta Mirandesa PDO, Mirandese Churro Lamb, Veal Steak with Chestnuts, and Mirandese Alheira with Turnip Greens.
More than just a fine dining venue, the restaurant is also a place of culture and art, featuring a 1959 tile panel by Master Júlio Resende, a historic piece that enhances the ambience.
Set within a historic hotel and overlooking the Douro, the Parador Santa Catarina offers an experience that combines flavour, tradition and elegance — a true gastronomic pride of Miranda do Douro.
